This expression of gratitude is long overdue. I've been given praise, links, and moral support from the eponymous writer at Vulcan's Hammer. We've never met, but in reading his blog, I've found him to be a reasonable fellow with a great sense of humor, and very knowledgeable about energy, economics, and many other subjects.
