The Metropolitan art museum in New York, long one of the world's finest showcases for the finest art, has performed a makeover on its American Wing. While I miss the vegetation - and the Frishmuth that was among the finest sculptures they own appears missing - the re-design is stunning.
I plan to visit soon.
